I was thinking of getting on the bank this morning an was wondering how to catch catfish in high barometric pressure conditions?

It doesn't seem to affect cats as much as it affects sandies and crappie. And yes, only affects shallow water. Low pressure is always better.

These fish don't care about high pressure in 2 FOW 
Why do I go fishing? To catch a box of fish and/or some quality time under the sun. Thank Heaven I never fail fishing in Texas, catching box fish or plenty of sunburn.

I think y'all need to think about the weather that is usually associated with high pressure. Blue bird sky and post cold front.
One of these days I am going to finally spring for a guide trip and when I do I am going to pick a high pressure, post cold front day because I want to find the key to unlock thst door.
