 Would like ideas for mid-March fishing

I'll be dragging my boat, son & son-in-law down to the coast for a quick one day fish probably the 12th or 19th.
I've fished San Louis pass, San Bernard river & Brazos river in the past. Any suggestions for these or any other places for this time of year would be greatly appreciated. I've got an old 18' tunnel hull if that makes a difference.

Marsh fishing should be on red alert. Further south the better it'll get.

Spring Break crowd is all ya have to worry about, ... fish are in the process of cooperating with this early spring drum run.

Copano is dead as of now with all the oyster boats on it. Just my two cents.
