On my Wilderness Systems Ride 115X

Forecast said 6-12 mph winds. Well I got my ... kicked by the wind! Drifted trying for some Cats. Not 1 nibble, but I had some fun.

Need too install some flush mount rod holders. Get some for the slide track?

I'd Tack That!!

I sure like my railblaza rod holders when I'm drifting for cats! They're mounted on yak attack gt90 tracks

Nice Ride.

My philosophy is to not drill holes if I can mount what I want some other way so I'd definitely go for trax mounts. Those railblaza's are cool and easy on/off. Pretty much any rod holder can be track mounted with the right adapter base, or a jigsaw and a couple cheap plastic cutting boards from the dollar store.

To help with wind, get a drift sock. I got one at Academy that says it's made for a 20' boat,. It will slow you down a lot, it folds up and doesn't take up much room.
If you also put on an anchor trolley you'll make the drift sock more effective.
