We've been on some good fish the past few days from various bodies of water. I'm on the water SOMEWHERE close to everyday. I made a "risky" decision over 10 years ago to leave my corporate security to pursue my true passion(S), and guide for my livelihood, and play music, and I have not turned back. I absolutely love it. I lived a few hundred feet from Lake Dunlap in New Bruanfels for 16 years, and in Feb. 2015, bought a home down stream, a stones throw away, from Lake Mcqueeney, specifically to be SMACK-DAB IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GUADALUPE CHAIN OF DUNALP, MCQUEENEY, AND PLACID. I graduated with a business degree from The University of Texas in Austin, and have well over 20 years experience on Lake Austin, Bastrop, and Fayette, and have been catching good fish this year on Lady Bird (Town Lake), and Decker.......I LOVE FISHING A LOT OF PLACES, and we catch on all of them!
For my fellow TFF members with WEEKDAY flexibility, send me a P.M., if you are interested in joining me for a day on the water. I do what I do totally for the love. There are times when I may be able to offer a "SWEET DEAL" (mostly weekdays) on the Guad lakes, or if I have other trips booked, and will already be elsewhere. I often fish 2 groups a day, or I may be out preparing for trips. I like to say, "I HAVE MORE GOOD TRIPS THAN BAD TRIPS!" I've made many close friends from guiding, and truly value the relationships of those that have put their trust in my experience.
