For me, first it was live well formula for the fish. After that, it was GPS and color screens. Then I waited to go to flouro longer than I should've. I should've learned the drop shot about 3 years earlier. The shakey head ship completely sailed without me on it. I still don't have a dang keel guard.

I'm glad I figured the a-rig out and didn't miss the dance there.

I continue to refuse dancing with the A Rig at the amusement of many of my fishing buds.

Braid was added to my tool bag just a couple years ago; drop shot and shakey head added this past year. I'm sure there's plenty of techniques & tools I don't utilize, but I try keep it as simple as possible. The little green bastards are tricky enough, it's better for me to not try to get too cute with 'em.

I still haven't caught a keeper bass on a chatterbait! I hate those baits
