Will be in the hill country, Kerrville and Fredricsburg for the next 7 days and I am looking for a white bass bite, anything going on close to that area?

Sorry friend. Not much in the way of White bass here abouts. I have to go to Three Rivers or Canyon lake to find. Three Rivers is a 2-3 hour drive, and Canyon lake hasn't started yet. Other than that, hope you enjoy your stay.

Theres Flat Rock park in Kerrville, Guadalupe river across from the VA hospital. You might try Joshua springs park in Kendall county. Its just a few miles down I10 towards San Antonio. Hope this helps.

Nothing in white bass less than two hours away. They do have trout stocked in the Guadalupe at Louise Hays park in Kerrville.

one hour and 45 minutes from Kerrville to Colorado Bend State park (better run underway, and better bank fishing access):
