Looking for a better rod sock. I've been using "the rod glove" and I'm over them. They attract hooks like a magnet and rod eyes poke through. What do y'all use?

I have a couple different ones. Don't remember the brand but they do the same thing. They still protect your rods when taking them in and out of the rod box. I also use neoprene reel covers.
LET’S GO BRANDON!!!

I started with stick jackets but don't like the ring at the end. Never had a problem with the rod glove. If you're talking about micro guides they make a special one for them.

This is what I find too. Of course as I phase out the micro guided rods for the new KR guided rods, I get less issues with the socks. It isn't nessasarily the an issue with the socks. Storing rods that are rigged with baits is always a chance for hooks to snag. Best bet is to use a hook plug to keep the hook tips from snagging and also keep them sharp. Or just not leave hooks on the lines.

Which one of these mentioned come with the elastic band to keep them from unintentionally coming off?
