I know this is the Texas Fishing Forum but planning on a trip to Broken Bow. Any of you fine gents know some good bank fishing locations? I have caught trout below the spillway but want to go for Walleye or Bass off the bank.

Drive around, look for a point, stop, fish.

Google earth is your friend.

I was fishing the river couple days ago and talked to one of the guides that works the lake. He said they're catching 5 to 8 pound fish on the regular basis. 10 to 12 pounds is not uncommon. I don't know if he's a reliable source. But I would believe it. We are catching walleye out of the river right now.

There are bunch of warm water species in the river now. Remember they had the gates open wide for like two months.
