Lake conditions: south winds 9-15 mph. Water temp near discharge 68-70. Water temp elsewhere was 62-64. Fished points at different areas of lake. Best bite came off of point drop offs from 5-12 feet of water. Look for bait balls on depth finder. All fish inside slot limit. Caught them on rayburn red rattle trap. That was the only pattern working.
