I got this fly last year and I don't know where I bought it or who makes it. Its made out of styrofoam. i really like it as it makes alot of bubbles and it is light weight to cast with my 5 weight rod. I have went to tailwaters, bass pro shop, umpqua's website. If anyone knows where I can buy more or who makes them please share the info

Thanks You in Advance

Orvis makes color versions of this fly under the "Bass Popper" style. One in particular is "Frog" and I use it all the time with my 5wt. I'm not sure if the head is made of styro or not bc I've never broken one. Pricey, but I think this is what you are looking for.

Is that a glass rattle in the head?

You might post in the fly tying section. It looks like one of the poppers that a local guy tied that he made from styrofoam bobbers. I can't remember who it was though.
