What's up guys got my reservation made for Friday. Heard lots of good things about the lake so it's my first trip out there! Any advice would be appreciated mainly the advice on places to stay away from in the boat! Lol but all advice is welcome!

Texas rigged worms in darker colors have been producing most fish for us. Lake is rock and cedar bushes mostly. If you go left out of marina cove it is warmer and most hazards you will see. If you go right, it is cooler and there is an area of trees you have to idle through on the right side. It opens up after but it would be best to follow some one to the creek area if you venture up that way.

Carolina rig is your friend. If you want numbers of small fish go shallow if you want weight stay deep on ledges and points.
