wife got a fancy new dehydrator to do fruits and diet stuffs..
any one got a beef jerky recipe,..jim fish

Buy round or sirloin steak. Cut into 1/4 inch thick strips - if partially frozen easier to slice. Marinate overnight in soy sauce, wooster, liquid smoke, & garlic powder (all to your taste buds). Smoke for two hours on a smoker if possible with mesquite or pecan wood. Take off and sprinkle with Greek Seasoning and put in dehydrator for 4-5 hours.

Not jerky, but one of my favorites is granny smith apples. I have an apple peeler/slicer but you could do it with a knife or other slicer. Toss the slices in a mixture of water with a few tablespoons of lemon juice too prevent discoloring. Excellent tangy snack
