Where would you recommend to stay at lake of the pines. Have never been before. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

I'm interested as well. This lake is on my list for this year.

There are some cabins at the 154 bridge. It used to be called Dishman's landing. I think it has changed names. They have ramp as well and it's on the north end of the lake. Fishing should be heating up soon on that end of the lake. Never stayed there since I live 30 min away. Bullfrog marina and tejas village on the other end of lake have places to rent also.

The place on 155 is Lake O the Pines RV Park and Inn (the old Dishman's). Rooms have all been remodeled and are very nice. Decent ramp there as well. With the lake being up I don't know if the ramp is accessible at this time.

There's also Tejas Village on the south side of the dam side of the lake.

Tejas was a dump the last time I was there. Under "new" ownership and a total train wreck weekend. If that's changed, then someone please correct me.....

LOP Lodge is okay. Restaurant to walk to on the corner. Straight outta 1978, but it will keep you warm and dry
