I have 1996 Skeekter zx200 with a 1996 200 mercury. It has a 12in slidemaster jackplate .What would be a good hull to prop shaft height for speed,but also have good hole shot and a good bite in rough water.

I'd start at 3 inches, run it, watch water pressure so it's not below 12 at WOT, then adjust accordingly

I have a ZX202 with a 200 Yamie, and I am running 2.75 prop to pad. Starting at 3 is a good recommendation. You can go up or down from there.
