The weather was great this afternoon. Went below PK and my friend hooked up on a striper. I notice while he was fighting the striper another one was swimming around the one he was fighting. I cast my Clouser toward the striper following the hooked fish and I got hooked up with that one. So we both had these stripers on at the same time. It made for a good afternoon.

I was using a 5 wt TFO 9 foot rod, a Cheeky 5 wt reel, a sinking leader and a Clouser silver /chartreuse fly. There were a lot of stripers this size and larger but I would get the fly right in front of them and couldn't get them to budge. Once Paul got his striper on some of the other came to see what all the commotion was about and that is when I hooked up with mine. We we standing next to each other so we had to keep our fish apart while landing them.
