Are these fish starting lay eggs?? Is it too early or does this mean that the spawn is around the corner hmmm?!? Any info is much appreciated!!!


Katchin krappie...doin surgeries(filleting)...and givin hott grease baths until krunchy and golden brown is what it's all about!!!

I have noticed this before. I think but I could be wrong that when the fish dies it looses control of its eggs (and other functions) and they come out. The fish's eggs have to be pretty far along for this to happen though.

How deep were you fishing? the pressure when you bring them up sometimes will do that.
