Hey guys I bought Insight Planner and have never gotten it to work , unfortunately they're help desk is like 9 to 5 so I was never able to talk to a tech . Anyway my problem was that I could never get it to view flags downloaded from Insight or AT5 ext . all I would get is a white blank square anyone have any ideas?

Looks like you're trying to load a Genesis map into planner, this will work but isn't fully supported as of yet. When loading mine into planner it looks just like yours but you can move your map around or make a waypoint on the body of water you're wanting to load then zoom in on that waypoint and your map should load.
