I don't find it offensive. Actually, it's kind of funny.
What I do find offensive, is she was staring at your chest.  Miss, my eyes are up here

It's offensive to women because the female in the picture was wearing a dress. Lol. Now days, women want to be portrayed as equals. So, they should make the picture of two people both wearing pants....the talking jibbering and blabbing part would still apply.

I like it. It reminds me of when I visited my grandparents. Grandma would be fussing at Grandpa and he would look at me and say "time to go fishing" and we would hook up the boat and go for the day.
The woman on the shirt could have been telling him that they have no fish for dinner (problem) so he needs to go fishing and catch some (problem solved).

Reminds me of the song "I'm gonna miss her". If someone's offended then feel happy.  Maybe she needs to get her girlfriend and discuss it.
