Had the whole lake to myself today, not another boat in sight. The morning started off slow with only 2 fish by 10am. But then the wind picked up out of the south and it was like a flip of the switch. Fish were suspended at 20-25 in 30' of water. The key was to stay over the bait. I did a lot of looking at the Humminbird today to say the least. The bait of choice was Bonehead's 3" slim shad in crazy chicken. I have plenty of openings for the next few weeks...Lets go fishin'
If 3/4 of the earth is covered in water and 1/4 is dry land than doesn't it stand to reason that God intended for man to spend 3/4 more time fishing than working?
