Does anyone have suggestions for a website that I can order carpet for my bass boat from? Also interested to hear your thoughts on what oz. carpet to buy. I have 20 oz now and want to go back with the same unless someone can talk me into something different. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am also in the market for new carpet so I had a couple different online vendors send me samples.

bassboatseats.com
boatcarpet.com
marinecarpeting.com they also offer precut kits for several different boats.

As far as a different weight, my only concern with going to 24 oz was would the lids still close so I am sticking with 20 oz. Hope this helps

I ordered new carpet for my skeeter in 2014 from bassboatseats.com. It is the 20oz and shipping was fast 2 days to the front door if I remember correctly. Great quality and still looks new.

watched a few videos on youtube before I tried it. this was my first time. use your old carpet for templates. make all your cuts going the same direction. i used spray adhesive on the edges and have cut pieces of wood to clamp the edges till it dries. make sure any buy extra carpet for mistakes. to remove the adhesive i used my 4 inch dewalt grinder with a sanding attachment and make sure you have some Goof Off. hope this helps

Yes sir. Sorry for not using the correct wording while trying to help the gentleman. They sell 24oz.
