I had a trip to Decker the other day, and was really surprised, after fishing Fayette water temps around 63 degrees, that Decker was about 55 degrees. I spoke with a guide who said the plant has not been generating for a while. Pardon if this water temp topic has already been discussed, but thought I would ask, as I'm sure somebody may have some useful info.

It was cold the night before, and very cold in the morning, but that was not the reason for the big difference in temps. Does anybody know when the plant will resume generating, or maybe it already has. I found some good areas, and was able to catch fish. The areas I fished should get good as that water warms up out of the 50's.
