Any chance of catching crappie off the bank at Joe Pool right now?
I know you can during spring break but I didn't know if they were shallow enough for bank fishing yet.
thanks!

Your best bet would be the creeks. However the trails have been under water for quite some time so it is a sloppy muddy mess. The fishing however has been slow with only a few keepers and that's fishing from a boat.

The State Park has finally opened a few areas where you can fish from the bank. Don't know how good it will be since I haven't been able to fish this year.
