X2's AGM batteries. I use a size 27, but I also am only on a 12V system.

The northstar x2's are great as mentioned above and they have the best warranty I've found. I went from size 27's to size 24's and got better performance out of the x2's

I use Interstate 29, last set lasted 4 yrs.

this.......I was going to get some AGM batteries....but, with the constant discharging and charging....they won't last as long as the cost of them would imply....

wal mart, I avg 3.5 yrs a set running 27's (3 of them in the boat).

Exide for me also, but 24s instead of 27s. I wanted to save as much weight as possible.

My Cabela's AGM batteries lasted 7 years. They were still useable when I replaced them but wouldn't be as strong at the end of a long day.

Walmart size 29. Got 4 years out of my current set. Great warranty and every town has a Walmart.
