Has anyone been to Black Shoals north of Carthage this year? Wondering if the Whites have made it up that far yet? Any information would be helpful. Thanks...

Yes they are there. Anywhere from Toledo up has some fish. With the high water we have had the shoals have not had the blocking effect and been concentrating fish. River on a fast drop however so should stabilize and pick up with a little warmer weather. I don't fish the shoals too much any more but they should take off in the next week or two. Just fish extremely slow now with the cold weather and you will pick up a few.
