TH Marine Shock Lock. I just received one for a HDS 9. It's pretty stout.

Just tighten the ram mount more and it will not slip. I have one with a Touch 12 on it and it does not move, even in rough water, but then again it is mounted on the console of a 20ft Bass Cat. I have the same mount on the front of the boat with a touch 9 on it and it does not move either.

The Balz Out is a well made solid locking mount and isn't as bulky as the Ram Mount. I just had both of the Ram mounts before I knew about the Balz Out.

Sorry sir but mine moves all the time. Since basscat mounts their ball horizontally it helps. The cat does have the smoothest reentry after going into the air. clap Might just be the driver roflmao
