I have a very good friend of mine that is turning 50 this summer. We have always talked about catching bull reds in Louisiana. I want to make this happen! Our trip would have to happen in June.
Can anyone point me to the right guide to hire for a couple of days and places to stay??

Try Capt. Kyle Maher with Dirty Habits Charters in Venice La. He is a BLAST to fish with, young and aggressive. He can also fix you up with accommodations and the whole bit. I highly recommend him and will be back to fish with him for a 2nd time this May.

Make sure they know from the start that you want to target bull reds. They'll make sure they have a good scouting report before you arrive.
