Braved the wind today and fished Canyon Lake for a couple hours. Water temp was 55 degrees and caught only one fish. It was in about 8 feet of water off of a main lake point near some submerged brush. Is this typical pre-spawn location or are they still set up in winter spots for this lake?

Try brush piles in 20 ft or more. Drop shot, jig.
