Here is a brief fishing report from the last week or so.

On Fork there are some good fish moving up as always in late Jan and Feb. Numbers are not great but you can catch some good ones. Most of the fish have been coming out of the shallow hydrilla and around the flooded mats on lipless cranks. Some of the guys have been doing pretty good on weightless flukes

On Monticello last week we caught quite a few on shaky heads and drop shot early in the day up really shallow and then on weightless flukes in the afternoon.

and on Welsh, the best fish were coming off of the outer grass edges on texas rigged blue fleck worms close to the points. We also caught a good number of smaller fish behind the grass in a few areas around some beds on frogs. Pretty fun day!

Hopefully this report will help you out if you are headed to any of these lakes. Fork is getting ready to crank up! Looking forward to a good spring. If you would like to book a trip give us a call. God bless!

Thanks for the report John. Glad to see your ministry going so well.
Your name came up at the Century tournament this past weekend. We are looking into a Century reunion maybe end of this year sometime maybe Classic time. I will contact you when we get more details.
I am also watching the forecast to see if we end up having a crazy snow event so me and Craig can maybe get with you to repeat the great memories of our trip with you a few years back. Some of the most fun fishing I have had of all time.
