None buddy and I live on the lake. Twice last week with minners and jigs and all we caught was a sunburn!

We marked shad but couldn't connect on the breaks and structure. Spring with warmer temps will turn em on with more consistency. They are there. You just have to follow the shad right now and be patient or fish well known cover off the points and docks. 3 sandbass for every 1 crappie caught has been the norm for me in the past here.

Thanks, there is so much freshly flooded cover I'm concerned they are going to be spread out this year. I went up the river this past weekend, I can't believe the amount of flooded bushes that grew up during the drought.
