Heading out to Lake Whitney tomorrow and was planning on using the boat by the dam. With 20 miles an hour wind forecast out of the West, I was looking at launching from somewhere else. What ramp would you suggest on the western side of the lake?

Uncle Gus Marina is about as close to the dam as you can get on the west side. Very protected from the wind and close to dam.
