I have not been across that Rebecca Creek bridge in a long, long time. But by looking a Google Earth it appears there is some kind of parking, or at least launching site. Take a look at 29.888242, -98.368350.

I a great day yesterday. Caught 15 around the well jigging with spoons and in the back of west coves on live minnows.
