Has anyone attempted any kind of fishing on proctor lake? Is the lake even fish able?

Lake is in excellent condition; about 4"over pool. Copperas Creek day use and west ramps are open, Soule Day use ramp is open, and Promontory Day use ramp is open. Crappie bite is poor, catfish bite is good; that's all I fish for so not sure about Bass, whites, or stripers.

Picked up 4 Hybrids and one large white this weekend trolling rattle traps over shallow humps. Lot of eggs in them.
