Out on Lewisville as we speak. Any current reports that may help a fellow TFFer out? Currently targeting hybrids, sandies, and crapie if possible. Near twin poles at the moment. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Was out there all day Friday drifting shad around twin poles and North of there with no luck. Birds started working around 5pm and we marked large schools of bait under them but we couldnt get them to bite... Maybe the 20mph wind had something to do with it.. :-)

I was out there from 7am till 4:30
Ended the day with 12 channel cats. Not what I wanted.
But it was something.

Was out from 1-5:30 yesterday. Put in at Little Elm and ran up the Elm Fork past 380 and tried a few spots along the way in 20-25FOW and up the creek tried in 18FOW or so and didn't catch a thing. Went back to the boat ramp to drop my buddies woman off and tried some spots close by. Caught 1 fat sand bass and 2 blue cats on minnows in about 10 minutes, 30 FOW. 20 minutes of nothing and sun going down and we called it. Marked way more than we caught.

For those not familiar, go to the center of the Eldorado Pkwy bridge. East side is quite shallow. We got to watch some dumb*** run his Tahoe ski boat aground under the bridge. Quite entertaining for us, not so much for him.

I was out from 12-7 on Sunday. Also put in at Little Elm and found a few sandies while looking for blues. Some of them were FAT! Caught them all on live shad on a drop off in 40ft of water. They were sitting right on the drop off at about 25ft down and never really moved. We ran out of live shad and went to go catch more, came back and they were still sitting in the same spot.

Where are yall finding the shad this time of year? Been struggling to find them on Lewisville. Taped net would probably help too...

Found mine by the bridge next to little elm boat ramp. Just scanned around a while and found a ton on the north west side of the bridge.
