Yesterday was my first time back to Yegua Creek since Nov. 2014. The water and terrain around the mouth of the creek are void of any green vegetation. I found it very difficult to locate the mouth of the creek, even with my GPS and a waypoint marker from 2014. My advice would be to look for the dead tree that is a trunk with no branches, a blue bucket, some brush piles, an old Christmas tree, and a cluster of brush, or just follow someone who knows. There will be a steady stream of boats going up the creek for next couple months.

Great video! This should bring new hope to those who have been fishless.

Awesome videos Greenyak! Thanks for sharing! It is so much fun being in the creek and seeing so many people all catching fish! That is some of the best times!!!

How far did ya'll go? Were there any trees blocking the creek anywhere?

Gonna be out there tonight and tomorrow...if you go look for an olive camo Ascend FS128T loaded out!!

Greenyak, I like your travelling rig. I've told my self that if I ever found myself alone, I would build an aluminum trailer for my kayak, with enclosed storage for my gear and tackle, hook it up to the back of a big touring bike (think Triumph Rocket 3 2.3L), and hit the road! I would definitely be spending summer months in Minnesota and maybe Canada, fishing for walleye and northern pike. I could eat fresh walleye 4 or 5 days a week with no problem.

I hope you're wearing that rig out!!
