looking for a little help or input if you will.
going to put out some brush piles and was wondering if best would be cedar trees or willow trees and should i wait after i cut trees to let leaves dry <cedar trees> before putting out.

Cedar or willow. Green is fine, actually it is a must on willows. I have found that willows work better than anything when they have leaves, but after leaves are gone there isn't much to them. Cedars are thicker when leaves are gone.

Build 20 piles and one will be worth fishing. The pile is not always the focus point.
