Wondering if anybody in the DFW area that fishes from a jon boat would be interested in doing tournaments? And by Jon boats I don't mean a giant aluminum boat. I'm talking 8-16 ft with like tops a 25hp motor. Anyone interested?

Sounds like a good boat to use. Benbrook is perfect for small boats I think

Never done much on the tournament scene so kind of up in the air on ideas of what to do as far as choosing lakes, prizes, rules. Stuff like that. I got some ideas that can work but would like to know what others think. Sends some ideas if you have any.

I think it would be awesome to create a mini bass tournament with the same format they use in Oklahoma. I love my Pond Prowler.
