Really got the idea from Don morey's post of rod your having the most fun with right now. The general consensus was small 2-4 wt. post the wt. and length of the rod for each brand optional. Just curious and thought we could have some fun with it.

That private ranch Pond Trout has some brilliant color

I think I want to get a longer three wt for a little more distance. I absolutely love fishing the 3 just don't think I can go lower for what I target.

Robert I have the Cabela's Stowaway 6 in 3 weight that I find to be a nice 8'6" that can swing a heavy line too. Presently trying Skagit casting with a 150 gr head.
