I can get my hands on a 27 Tempest that has been tweaked by Steve if you are interested. That prop has a ton of lift, and ran 77+ on my old Cat with a 225.

you will HATE a 27p FXP on that combo.

the fxp is for non venting applications like SHO motors.

i read over alot of your posts.. you sure are fighting that rig.

what motor is that? optimax, etc?? what year?

those old Hawks really ran well with a trophy. set at 3.5" below pad with a 10" plate and let er rip. the tempest is great also, but you may sacrifice a little hole shot when loaded to fish (depending on which mercury ya have).

if you need help my number is 903-763-5225

steve
