Our favorite way to eat crappie.

-Seasoned and pan seared in a little butter and good EVO
-Home made Pico or salsa verde or both for me!(siracha or valentina are good substitutes if you don't want to make salsa)
-A little shredded cabbage
-Crumbled queso fresco!!
-Corn tortilla

This works great with shrimp too!!!

See you on the lake and have a great day!

I gotta get my wife to try these. Still got 30-40 fillets from September. Fishing has been rough with the rain!

Had them tonight. McCormicks taco Seasoning. Slap Yo Mama. Corn taco shells shredded cheese and pace picante. Grill the fish in olive oil. Add McCormicks and Slap Yo Mama to taste. Stir until all fish is shredded. Heat Shells. Put fish in shells, add shredded cheese and top it off with Pace. I could have ate more than 5 but I didn't. Watching my figure ya know. cheers
