How do you do yours?
I went simple , pan seared ,with Cajun seasoning and pico de gallo.
Tasty.
Mo It you never tried Pepops crappie taco recipe, I would highly recommend it...Go look at the post comments/pics and just realize the food is better than the pics...One of my favorites, and I have tried many crappie recipes overr the years. One thing Pepop knows is FOOD...Not sure how he acquired the talent, but he has it!

Man I gotta try this tonight...and for those who love pan seared filets,but need to watch salt intake,try Mrs dash fiesta lime seasoning it's great,
