Just got a couple of 6in bull-shad's in the slow sink model. I have looked all over and can not find the rate of fall for the 6in version. Can any of you swimbait guys help me out here? I am excited to put it to use, just want to make sure I don't let it sink to long and snag one up.

Thanks in advance for you help, TFF!!

Depending on line, etc but somewhere around 5-6 ft per 8-10 seconds.

I e-mailed Triton Mike Bucca this question and he should be along to tell you more about teh slow sinking 6" Bull Shad, shortly.

Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

Thank you, whitetail & Thad! I tried calling the number on Mike's website after reading the online manual. The manual only tells the ROF on the bigger Bulls. Unless I missed it. I really appreciate the help and look forward to catching them on them.

Thanks again, gents!

Hi JJHunts, We strive for a 1/2ft per second ROF with the Slow Sink and a 1ft per second ROF for the fast sinks. We designed the slow sink to work over submerged grass and laydowns eliminating the "buzzbait" effect that it takes to keep the bait up on the sub surface. Great for waking. The fast sink obviously has a deeper presentation and would take a faster retrieve to keep it up on top just to give you an idea.. Hope this helps smile
