Went Sunday night For about 2 hrs. it was cold but I caught 2 eaters at 10 mile bridge park on chicken livers. Im just wondering does anybody fish this lake for cats? the water is really clear and the 2 I caught were real healthy lookin. I think they were channels. are there blues in the lake? the are some pretty good size shad in there for sure

The lake is not known as a blue catfish fishery.

I've bowfished that lake a few times and the water is super clear. Never saw a Blue. Saw Channels though, and a 10# Bass.

I would think that summer cat fishing would be pretty good up in the cattails and bull rushes during spawn. I may have to give it a try later on this year. MC is pretty close to me. Only downside is boat access as there is only one ramp that I am aware of until they get the other one re-built.

From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the earth."

Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!
