Got a 2006 ZX250, has cracks all over the place. I previously had a Champion, and that too had the stress cracks.

was the boat brand new when you purchased it? have you contacted skeeter about it?

All brands have had this issue !

When one spends 50k + on any brand boat, stress cracks should not happen.

Contact factory and get their answer before you jump to conclusions and talk down on them and if they wont fix it then let it rip but I bet they take care of you.

I've beat my flat riding, slow ranger to death through some big waves and I haven't seen a single stress crack. I put my bass cat through the ringer 100 times and it never developed a stress crack.

I'm on my 5th Skeeter and have never had stress cracks!

Never had one on my Triton that'll be 20 years old next year. Hopefully Skeeter takes care of you.

Here's mine. 16 years old. Not a stress crack on her.

My 01 triton has a few but i run the f out of it. I also don't care about stress crack, just cosmetic.

Dubee isn't lieing either. That triton goes to hell and back.

My sons 98 ZX185C has zero stress cracks.

I feel your pain man. I don't have the gel cracks but the trailer for my ZX225 was rusting and falling apart within 6 months of purchase and the only answer I got was rust wasn't covered by the warranty. It's a shame to pay 40 to 50k for a boat that has a trailer than isn't up to par.

I had one of those too... zero stress cracks in that sucker, great boat until I hammered a stump and totaled it.

I think the stress crack issues are more prevalent in the larger 20' and 21' boats, and not just limited to Skeeter. You hear more about the Skeeters because of how many folks run them in this area. I love me some Skeeter boats, having said that the trailers they put under those awesome boats are complete rust bucket pieces of JUNK and have been since the early 2000's.
