Want to get out soon and was wondering if anyone has been to CM or Crockett lately. Any past experience with the winter crappie bite there?

Haven't heard anything on these two lately, I'll try to get some conditions information next couple of days here at work. Course most of my informants that live close to them don't fish, so they don't pay attention to important details in life.

Tried to go a couple of weeks ago, 409 was closed coming from the east, had to turn around. You could get to Crockett but not to Coffee Mill from that direction.

Road is a mess in between the lakes, haven't found out if it is passable. You can get in Coffee Mill from west and Crockett from east. Neither lake running over spillway and slightly off color, again information not from fishermen.
