Not deer, but was going up the Trinity River above Lewisville to do some crappie fishing one time. Turned a bend in the river and a group of pigs were crossing the water. It was very cold and that did not seem to bother them at all.

Almost hit three in the boat lane on Fork one morning. That would have been a interesting call to progressive.

That would be a doe with her twin fawns. I used to have a place at Holly Lake Ranch on a 20 ac. pond with an island on the lower end. My back windows looked out over the lake and island. There was an old doe that would always bed her fawns on the island, then go off to feed. When she returned, she would bleat a couple times and the fawns would swim to her from the island. She'd feed them, then they'd run around and frolic for a bit. After that, all three would head off together.

I've seen a few crossing in Sand on Ray Roberts and also a couple on Texoma.

Thinking about new seats? Come check out mine before you buy.
