With squaw creek being so busy every weekend throughout the winter, is lake Arlington a good hot water lake? Any advise?

They don't pump enough water to keep it warm. I fished it on Monday this week and it was 45 degrees at the ramp. Warmest I saw was mid 50s in the discharge creek. I caught a 4 pounder and a 3 pounder fishing shallow docks.
