My wife will be staying at Lantana Resort for four nights in March. It's just a get a way for some r&r. Any recommendations for food?

They have a chef there from England, Clarks Outpost BBQ is Meh at best, sonic in town That's all I got

Why would anyone hire a chef from England? The reputation of English food is not very good, and is not sought after in these parts.
