Oak Ridge has some really good fried catfish. The tackle store is pretty good too.

AJ's is pretty good but if Bro's is open you gotta try it. It's located 3 miles east of the 515E bridge on the south side of the road right next to Fishermans One Stop.

Big Smiths on 154 just before Sulpher Springs is real good IMO.
Bro's has a great catfish&shrimp combo and getcha 3 lbs of mudbugs and you're set
