Well I may have screwed up but headed to Texoma for the next 4 days. Staying at Eisenhower State Park and planning on launching from light house ramp and fishing little mineral arm for stripers. Will be in Hobbie PA trying to stay out of the wind. Looks like there may be some protection from the north wind there. Any pointers would be greatly appreciate.

Been fishing in there a lot the last few weeks and picking up some nice stripes but fish 5-8 hours and get 9-17 fish a trip...no complaints except water dirty almost everywhere but getting level dropped some. Good luck!

Well yesterday sucked rain and cold on kayak and no fish. Marked bait and I believe a few fish under bait but not a lot. Hoping for better results today. Windy but dry.

yep, this El Nino can stop anytime. Ramps are flooded and the water is muddy and cold.

Strike two for me on little mineral, son in law caught one 15" large mouth. Still windy as all get out. Wind is spost to be nice tomorrow and thinking about launching in Lake by the damm and giving it a try. Anyone hade any luck of rocks?

God bless you JT. I like your updates. Unfortunately I'm on the wrong lake brother but good luck to you. I figure tomorrow will be a good day to fish.

Well we made it back home from 3 hard days of fishing. 1 fish to boat by my son in law and that was it. I believe the bite will much better when the damm closes. Chris I'm glad ya'll found a few. Fished little mineral 2 days and up by the damm yesterday. Looking forward to my bed tonight lol

Gonna get better when water cools down, gonna get better when water clears up, gonna get better when water quits moving. Folks I think we lost a lot more fish than people realize?
