K.G have you looked at the yearly in fisherman pan fish specials. They are pretty informative and you can get the digital version for about $5.00.

The websites below have info on crappie fishing. Doing a search on youtube will give lots of video’s - some good but many just so-so. The $25 membership fee of CAT (Crappie Anglers of Texas) gives you access to the video’s of the meetings. These are worthwhile looking at if you cannot attend the meetings.
